'Steam & Country', defined as a premium leather goods company, is a conceptual brand I devised a few years ago to explore branding. The image of the horse was photographed at the St Alban's Steam & Country Show 2009, and is a strong focal point for the project. The logo reflects the minimal outline of the horse, and is a modern twist on the horse shoe. High-level responsive designs for Desktop and iPad were produced as a taster of its online identity. I created a strong hero image that spans the top of the homepage that states the brand motto 'Wild At Heart'. Also shown here are examples of how my photographic work within textile design. I've used an old and romantic black and white typeface, appearing quite dominant throughout the work.
